However, just providing the selected rooms is not enough. It is worth taking care of their preparation for the photos. How?

Before the film crew shows up, make sure the space is tidy – so that no unnecessary “spars” or disorder appears in the frame. Important considerations include:

• Getting rid of unnecessary “junk” and accessories – e.g., piles of documents and binders, packaging from the last office lunch, withered plants, etc..;
• Thorough cleaning of the filming location – it is a good idea to have a cleaning crew visit the day before the shoot to get rid of stains, dust, etc;
• possible addition of decorations to add character to the space – determine if and which ones to choose with the production team!

Preparing employees to appear on a film set

Your employees in the company’s image video are welcome and even desirable. Their presence adds authenticity to the message, and the stories they tell are important “insight” that can inspire trust in your brand.
